Josep López Guitart has been Director of the Legal area at Abast Legal since 2024 and head of the legal department of the Andorra office, leading a team of more than 5 professionals. A corporate lawyer with more than 6 years of experience, he specializes in legal advice to individuals, startups and business groups, with experience in mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer at various firms in Andorra and Barcelona.
