Career

Martí Periago is Director of the Corporate and Immigration departments at Abast Legal, where he coordinates with his team the proper execution of all matters in these areas. He has more than 7 years of experience in corporate, commercial and immigration law, specializing in comprehensive advice to companies, investors and individuals in their establishment process in Andorra, including the transfer of tax and administrative residence. Previously, he led the Corporate & Relocation department at a leading advisory firm in Andorra, and worked as a lawyer specialized in banking litigation at a law firm in Barcelona, collaborating as external legal counsel to a financial institution.

He has also collaborated on the drafting of technical articles for specialized international publications such as Chambers and Partners and Global Legal Group, on matters including high-net-worth individuals, corporate taxation and the regulation of blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
