Max Pumares is Director of Digital Assets and Blockchain at the firm, where he leads traceability, analysis and regulatory projects within the digital assets division. He specializes in cryptoasset traceability, crypto taxation and on-chain transaction analysis, with several years of experience in the sector. Previously, he developed his career as an independent expert in traceability and crypto taxation, preparing tax, expert and cryptoasset banking access reports, and as Head of Blockchain & Tax Reports at a firm specialized in the crypto sector in Barcelona.

He holds specialized certifications in digital assets and MiCA regulation, and is a content creator on crypto taxation, banking access and traceability in the blockchain ecosystem. He is also a digital assets lecturer in various online training programs aimed at professionals in the sector.
