Xavier Casas is Director of the Legal area and head of the Barcelona office, leading the team of lawyers and legal professionals working from that jurisdiction. A lawyer admitted to practice in Spain with more than 10 years of experience, he specializes in real estate law, commercial law, civil and commercial litigation, and contract law and out-of-court negotiations. Before joining the firm, he built an extensive career at a leading firm specialized in procedural, real estate and insolvency law, where he also completed secondments in the legal departments of renowned multinational retail companies, advising on real estate, contractual matters and crisis management.
He also has prior experience as a banking agent in private banking, managing client portfolios in wealth, stock markets and investment funds, and stands out for his results-oriented approach and commitment to client satisfaction.
