Career
Sergi Andrés has been a partner of the group since 2024 and heads the firm’s digital assets regulatory law practice, in addition to leading its international expansion. A practising lawyer admitted in Andorra with more than 10 years of experience, he specializes in the taxation of digital assets, the legal structuring of blockchain projects, the interpretation of MiCA regulation and asset tokenization. He previously headed the legal advisory department of an Andorran financial institution during its resolution and liquidation process, and worked as a lawyer at a leading Barcelona firm specializing in criminal defense in proceedings against the Public Treasury.
He combines his professional activity with teaching, giving classes on the taxation of digital assets at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) and at Escuela FEF (Fundación de Estudios Financieros). He is also a well-known content creator on social media on the taxation and regulation of cryptoassets, with more than 65,000 followers on YouTube and more than 5 million views under the profile @abogado_cripto.
