Career
Helena de Torres leads corporate communications and people management for the Abast group. Since 2021, she has headed the communication and brand expansion strategy for Abast, and since 2023 she has served as the group’s HR director, overseeing more than 50 professionals across the two offices. She has more than 8 years of experience in strategic communications and event organization: during her first two years at the firm, she combined communications strategy with leading the Immigration department, managing projects alongside her team and specializing in working with international clients. Before joining Abast, she developed her career in Spain and Andorra in institutional communications, corporate consulting and project management.
She is also co-founder, partner and COO of Andorra Economic Forum and Madrid Economic Forum, one of Spain’s largest gatherings on economics and entrepreneurship, with more than 7,500 attendees and top-tier speakers, including heads of state.
