Career
Marc Urgell has served as Managing Partner of the Abast group since 2020, following more than 13 years of experience in tax advisory. He specializes in tax planning and advising multinational groups, SMEs and high-net-worth individuals, both in Andorra and in cross-border operations at an international level. He is a licensed lawyer in Andorra and an authorized Digital Auditor by the Andorran Financial Authority. Before founding Abast, he developed his career as head of tax advisory at leading firms in the Principality.
He combines his professional activity with teaching: he is a professor on the CEF Master’s in Taxation and collaborates in postgraduate programs at business schools such as ISDE and ESADE, in addition to regularly speaking on Andorran and international taxation. He is also co-founder of projects such as the Madrid Economic Forum and the entrepreneurship podcast Spicy4Tuna.
