Andorra Sports Scale-Up Program incorporates Marc Urgell as finance mentor

• The initiative, promoted by Andorra Business and Andorra Recerca i Innovació, consists of an intensive three-month program for emerging companies in the mountain and winter sports sector

• On this occasion, the Andorran institution has selected three startups to receive a tailor-made mentoring program

The Abast group, through its managing partner Marc Urgell, has been selected as a benchmark company in the field of business finance in the Principality. In this way, it will carry out financial mentoring for startups to the three companies selected in this edition of the Andorra Sports Scale-Up Program, an initiative promoted by Andorra Business and Andorra Recerca i Innovació.

The program lasts for three months and during the last days of July, Marc Urgell will dedicate several sessions to explaining how startup finances work, especially with regard to attracting investment and financing rounds. This mentoring will be completed with training by benchmarks in the country in other areas, such as business strategy, company internationalization, marketing, investment rounds, leadership and product design.
